Bounce Back Loan Fraud

The director of a Think Gas Limited, who fraudulently applied for a bounce back loan, has recently been sentenced to an 8 months prison sentence.

He overstated the company’s turnover on the bounce back loan application in order to maximise the loan obtained. He then withdrew the funds from the company’s bank account and spent the money on personal expenditure.
