VAT On School Fees

The Government has confirmed the introduction of VAT on private school fees.

VAT will be applicable on school fees, including boarding costs,  from 1 January 2025. In addition, any fees paid in advance of that date relating to services from 1 January 2025, will also be subject to VAT at the standard rate of 20%.
