Payrolling of Benefits

In previous announcments by HMRC, benefits in kind wers echeduled to be reported and have the tax deducted through the payroll from 6 April 2026. This would mean that benefits could not be reported through the current P11D system.

HMRC have just announced that the mandating ot payrolling of benefits is to be delayed until 6 April 2027.
