HMRC Call Centres
Within the space of 24 hours HMRC has backtracked on an announcement to significantly cut the operations of its call centres.
This is liklely yo be a temporary delay in the call centre cut backs, as HMRC do not have the resources to be able to maintain the call centres.
It seems that in the relatively short term, interaction with HMRC will have to be undertaken on line, using, what can be described as, a mediocre digital system.
