Companies House ID Verification

In Autumn 2025 Companies House are introducing a system whereby all directors are going to be required to be ID checked.

Foe most directors this will entail them using the Companies House Onelogin system to ID themselves.

Additionally any documents submitted to Companies House (eg Confirmation Statements and Annual Accounts) will need to be submiotted by registered individuals or bodies )known as ASCPs).
